A short history of Mister Metokur directing hate and harassment at marginalized communities on the web

Mister Metokur, or Jim, used to be associated with The Kumite, an alt-right YouTube channel that once had significant sway in the political consciousness, with videos gathering tens of thousands of views — working in favor to the alt-right’s quest to red-pill the internet. This strategy depended upon hosting internet debates on Andy Warski’s channel and Tonka Saw’s Morning Kumite channel. The debates were skewed to whoever championed the most far-right viewpoint — Mister Metokur himself regularly did so.

“Internet Bloodsports’” popularity soared after a protracted battle on “race realism.” Having pseudo-scientific claims on racial superiority even up for debate spurred the overton window to move to the hard right, as Right Wing Watch reported.

It was recently discovered The Kumite failed to vet a pedophile, a man named Logan Westfall who accused a man named Ross of pedophilia. Ross is an autistic man who has been the subject of a vicious harassment campaign by Mister Metokur and the alt-right.

Logan Westfall, however, was charged with molesting an 8 year old girl — leaving his testimony against Ross dubious.

⦁ Metokur tweeted fake news about a transgender woman Jessica Yaniv‘s failure to win her lawsuit to have her balls waxed. The fake news was amplified by right-wing outlets Breitbart, Reason, Telegraph, and Washington Examiner. (Washington Examiner signal-boosted Blaire White’s video: Heated debate w/ Jessica Yaniv: Trans Predator, which was what helped trigger the harassment against Yaniv, originally. Here’s Blaire’s first video on Yaniv.)

⦁ Metokur featured a poll on his twitter account about Jessiva Yaniv, mocking and targeting her transgenderism. “What will be the funniest outcome? Yaniv will… A) Flee Canada, avoid paying. B) Sue the judge, C) Nude Protest, D) Gofundme ball bills”

⦁ Metokur retweeted a fake news story from The Washington Examiner about Jessica Yaniv on October 22, as a spike in harassment against Jessica Yanic could be seen.

⦁ Metokur shamelessly promoted the white genocide conspiracy through a tongue-in-cheek tweet that he scrambled to delete after learning someone else had been banned for tweeting that very sentiment. I tweeted this out after Jim deleted the tweet and mobilized his followers to swarm my mentions with harassment. I tried to alert Twitter support but received no response.

(Which shouldn’t be a shock, since Jack Dorsey doesn’t give a damn about the blue check-mark Nazis roaming freely on his medium.)

⦁ Metokur routinely mocks the Furry community and posted to his twitter account on October 9: “I’ve now stumbled into the rabbit hole of communist Furries posting ridiculous shit.”

⦁ Metokur invoked a modified version of the Third Reich’s Sieg Heil at the Furry community, “Yiff in hell,” on April 8.

⦁ On December 4, 2018, Metokur retweeted a user he argued with on Twitter, to direct harassment at him. “Whatever helps you sleep at night, furry.”

⦁ On September 10, Metokur sarcastically remarked at The Daily Dot for featuring links to furry porn comics: “Now, this is how you run a news website.”

⦁ On the same day, Metokur riled his fans against Furries, “Ted, we here at the Daily Dot are really happy with your work. You’ve been with the company for six years and we all feel you earned the new position, but every article you’ve written since had been about hardcore gay furry pornography. The thing is you’re our economy reporter, Ted.”

⦁ Metokur portrayed black people as thugs and gained a boost in Twitter engagement after the verified Twitter account of Jackie Danicki retweeted him. Jackie Danicki is followed by Sebastian Gorka and Van Jones and retweeted an anti-semitic article that bizarrely argued against considering Jewish people white because it “puts Jews into a position of structural instability.”

⦁ A post from Jim on October 12, 2018, and the subsequent responses, reveals the depths of Jim’s toxic fanbase and how much of a danger he presents to all Twitter users, especially minorities and protected classes. One of Jim’s followers inquires if anyone’s contacted the furry’s work yet. Another user cautions him not to: ‘Just don’t.’ While the majority complimented Jim and egged on the harassment.

One Twitter user attempted to call out Metokur, but it was buried in an avalanche of hateful messages. He then claimed Metokur was molested at some point in time.

Note: Ross may be guilty of something, or he may just have a mental illness but won’t act on his pedophilia and needs treatment. The fact remains he is not in jail and as such is afforded some skepticism. Metokur zeros in on Ross’s autism to fearmonger that autistic people are a monolith of sociopaths and serial killers.

Months ago- on August 26, Metokur scrubbed all his content from his channel, figuring too much of it violated YouTube’s community guidelines and gloated on Twitter, while depicting a picture of actor Kayode Ewumi with an index finger to his temple: “You can’t strike down something that’s not there.”

That still hasn’t stopped Jim from the occasional live-stream on YouTube, where he draws nearly 15,000 viewers, lets a Nazi cesspool commiserate in his comment section, and earns thousands of dollars in super-chats, before taxes.

YouTube elucidated the message: Profiting off white supremacy is permissible. Here are some of the disgusting messages that greeted me on the stream.

YouTube sends a mixed signal, when Red Ice TV gets taken down by YouTube, yet Metokur’s channel remains? Or when on August 30, YouTube rescinded its ban on VDARE TV after pressure campaigns orchestrated by the far-right?

Here are receipts of how much money Jim made roughly on that “Depression Quest” stream.

Correction: A previous iteration of this article mistook actor Kayode Ewumi for Eddie Murphy.
